The consultation starts on Monday 29th November 2010 and all comments must be made by 5pm, 17th January 2011.
It is envisaged that the new neighbourhood will start to be delivered on site, once all the appropriate planning permissions have been approved, in 2012, providing 2,200 dwellings, with an estimated projection completion date of 2020/21.
How to get involved
The Warfield SPD Consultation Draft will be subject to a six week period of consultation so that we can seek the views of local residents, landowners and other interested parties. The draft SPD and supporting documents can be viewed at www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/warfieldlibrary.
