Interesting fact: Winkfield is represented by ONE councillor on the Executive which made the decision to remove Winkfield from the Site Allocation DPD.  She is:

  • Cllr. Mrs Mary Ballin who happens to be the Executive Member for Planning.  Cllr. Mrs. Ballin is also the agent for Dr Philip Lee who represents the southern part of Bracknell Forest and who has only recently spoken out against saturated development in the Borough.
